Ayumi Hamasaki Sekai - May J's "All My Girls". Know where to buy it?

Hi, I've recently gotten REALLY into May J. after a friend of mine introduced me to her. I've already ordered a few of her albums and am planning to finish buying the rest real soon. Just I've checked CDJapan, YesAsia, PlayAsia and HMV Japan and I cannot find her debut mini album All My Girls. It's out of print everywhere it seems. I'd really like to have it. Just I'd like to find somewhere that doesn't involve using a middleman and is also trustworthy. Could someone please help me out? Many Thanks. :)
