VIXX members were selected through a TV show "Mydol" produced by Mnet. There were 10 candidates and 6 of them were selected through the final audition. They made their debut with "SUPER HERO" in May 2012. VIXX is under Jellyfish Entertainment which also manages artists like Seo In Guk and Sung Si Kyung. VIXX is often dubbed as "concept-dol" because they always have unique concepts for their every comebacks. They claimed their first music show win with "VOODOO DOLL" on Music Bank last December 2013.
