Call me weirdo or whatever but I want to share this to fellow 48 fans XD I have this weird hobby of shipping AYU48. I love J-pop no.1 diva Ayumi and Japan nation idol group AKB48, I couldn't help but I am really curious of what Ayumi thinks about AKB48 :D I am happy when a singer/idol mentioned the other artist/singer that I love, especially Ayu.
Well, if you also happen to ship AYU48, why not we talk it here~:P
You might not care but I'm seeking for people who feel the same :mischief

Here are some evidence of AYU48 (indirect) moments:

1. Tomomi Itano (Graduated)

Tomochin was my oshimen in AKB48, in the video she was told to impersonate somebody as a penalty and she chose Ayu.:D
As you know, she also released an Ayu-influenced PV "little".

2. Minami Takahashi

She sang Ayu's Will on her audition, but sadly the footage was never aired (I think) The only footage I could find is the video above, starting from 3:26 you can see her lips singing to Will Hito wa tabiji no tochuu de ikudo, but the audio was muted:no

3. Megumi Ohori (Graduated)
Back then when AKB48 was still not this popular yet, Ohori received a mission from Aki-P to sell 10,000 copies of her own debut single, otherwise she will have to graduate from AKB48. In this footage, she went to CD shops to promote her debut single, pleading the shopkeeper to put her CD on the most noticeable area; the shopkeeper ended up shifting away Ayu's A COMPLETE and Ohori felt bad about it.

4. Mariko Shinoda (Graduated)
- She followed Ayu on Twitter.
- She mentioned that she admired Ayu for her charisma, and she bought Ayu's DVD. (https://twitter.com/mariko_dayo/stat...71820750065666)
- There's an newspaper article of her mentioning Ayu as her favorite artist and inspiration as well, but I couldn't seem to find the scan.

5. Tomomi Kasai (Graduated)
Followed Ayu on Twitter.

6. Yuki Kashiwagi & Nozomi Kawasaki (Graduated)
They played shiritori game in their game show AKBINGO! and they did mention Ayu. Both of them failed the mission.

7. Yuka Masuda (Graduated)
She has mentioned several times on Twitter that she likes Ayu's songs and has a lot of respect to Ayu. And Ayu happened to reply one of her tweet, she was extremely happy about it.

8. Music Station SP
There was an episode on Music Station in 2012 about highest selling artist based on the debut years and AKB48 happened to be the performer on that episode. Ayu is no.1 for the 1998 debutant; when they watched the footage on the screen, you could see them lipsyncing to Ayu's appears and M :love

9. Jessica Veranda & Novinta Dhini (JKT48)
- Jessica Veranda mentioned that she listens to J-pop songs, Ayu is one of them.
- Novinta Dhini mentioned that she dreamed of herself becoming the actor in vogue Far away SEASONS PV. :D She also said that she really likes SEASONS.

I think you can also put a pic of Mariko's shortcut hair. It's sooooo ayu-influenced! And since they're both are from Fukuoka, I'm sure Mariko was always admiring Ayu.

But she had the right to debut, it's fair, many other girls never gets solo debut in their life

Basically she was the oldest in the group back then, so she was about to graduate but she never had the chance to become "popular" because of the other girls being more in the spotlight than her. So she always danced in the backline and had almost no fans. Akimoto who is the devil in earth thought that a good way to milk fans and make easy money to make her a bit more popular before she graduated was to make her debut solo, but she had to sell at least 10,000 copies or she would graduate. NOW, because you got to follow the entire thing by AKBINGO, akb's program which airs on tv, with the documentary being there for one month, it's obvious that this is purely a publicity stunt. It was like "fans, buy the goddamn cd to not make her graduate", featuring shots of her crying and trying hard basically to move the audience lol.
At the end she did sell the copies. with more popular takamina, acchan and others coming to the last event to make her sell them before the deadline otherwise she wasn't even near lol

In fact she released only this single in her entire solo career. She then graduated and byes.

Old footage though. In a segment of a TV program, 3 members from SKE48 recommended their own favorite album to the viewers. Shiori recommended Ayu's MY STORY. She roughly explained that MY STORY has a lot of great songs and she liked my name's WOMEN the most :love The host also happened to be Ayu's fan as well:luv2
