This was up on Gori Kuramoto's site... wasn't sure if it was ever released elsewhere. It certainly looks familiar though.

Was it used for a poster or something? Magazine shoot?

It reminds me of the ayu photobook, but I've never seen it before.

These were also up on the site. One was the cover for the life style book and I think the other is another off shot.

The one on the chair was a poster for life style book.

There's a page in "ayu" with 3 photos going down it, the one with her laying down is the bottom one on that page. So it's not an off shot, it's in the book.
