Ayu songs you loved at first but now you don't listen to anymore?
 

I got inspired by the other thread. So, yeah. What are those Ayu songs you though were amazing and the better song of her career:luv2 at first but now you use to skip or even deleted from your library?

1. BRILLANTE: Goddess Ayu knows how much I loved this song when it came out. It reminded me of those dark song I totally love like Duty, criminal, etc. I became obsessed with this song, however now... I find it a little boring and I rarely play it.
2. MOON: Another one I became obsessed to. It was my first single as a fan, so yeah, it was the best ballad of her career for me when it came out. Now I find it soooooooo long and she has better ballads tbh

The only one I can think of is "Last angel." I ADORED that track, played it too much though and it got stale.

I think for me it is Sparkle. I loved this song on the first listen of the lower quality leak, I still loved it after the HQ song was released and I loved it for even a bit longer after that. I thought it was a great dance-y track that fit perfectly into the kind of songs I enjoyed at that time. But as other artists (and ayu) released other similar songs I kind of forgot about it. Listening to it now, it's still great, I like it but I remember I loved it so much, that song was my jam! I was dancing around in the kitchen listening to it and I don't think I'd do the same again, because it's just not as loved by me anymore xD

Same here!! And I always thought the commercial snippet was better than the result. I think they removed some beat from the background.

I don't listen anymore to:
BRILLANTE - because Timmy's been annoying the hell out of me the past 2 years.
how beautiful you are - because I ranted about this song to my dad when I was drunk & alcholic and it reminds me of that time

hmmm..depends on the season..sometimes, my love for a certain track revives.

Mine is "BRILLANTE". It was great for the first few weeks of listening, but I just found myself stopping after 'beloved'. I still find myself skipping that song whenever I listen to FIVE.

I don't know why. I guess the song just wore itself out. The hype has come and gone.

M - I can't even remember the last time I listen to it!! I guess she has so many other songs in this "genre", M just lost it spotlight in my playlist...

Dearest - When I first discovered Ayu, this was playing almost non-stop, both the original version and the acoustic version. Its music video is still one of my favorites, but as Ayu comes out with new music this song just sounds so... boring. Still love the lyrics to death though, but I have zero interest in Dearest right now.

Endless sorrow - easy answer - I've overplayed it!! We just need some time appart ... ;)

Real me - Ayu didn't really have any dance songs, so this was my go-to-song if I ever wanted something more in the line of Namie Amuro without having to change to Amuro-chan!! Hehe, this however, is not the case anymore (as we all know) so this song sounds so dumb and lazy!! Hehe!!

About You/1 LOVE/Rule- I loooove these songs but other songs, like Because of You, Last angel and Microphone has taken their place.

MOON/snowy kiss/STEP you/November - they sound so boring I actually frown if on of them suddenly comes out of my earphones.

Beautiful Fighters x MSTRKRFT - Oh what an amazing remix. I didn't even listen to the original anymore as soon as this came out. But too much of anything isn't good for you and I overplayed it. I haven't listened to this song in years. I spammed it too much in the beginning. It'll still and always will be one of my favorite ayumi hamasaki remixes of all time, but I really can't listen to it anymore. I listened to it so much I'm like "emotionally and spiritually sick" of it.

M. I listened to it so much when I first got into Ayu and now I can only listen to it once in a while.
