Buy from mu-mo with tenso

Hello :) I was registered in tenso and I wanna see if I can buy goodies from the CDL014-015 but I don't know how much will be the shipping to my tenso address and then the shipping to my country.

They put now cheaper shipement like SAL and I'm interested. For thar reason I want to know if anybody bought it with this, and how much is the shipping.

And if the domestic shipping to tenso are cheap.

If anybody can tell me your experience it will help me.
Thank you ^ ^

Mumo charges a standard fee of „500 per shipping/order. As for international shipping depends on the weight. U can use the calculator on tenso site for a rough estimation. Do note tenso charges by weigjt of the package too.

Should I use vpost or tenso then? I also want to buy the cdl goods..

Thank you @kinix :)

@kiseki89 if you want you can wait till Yesasia get the goods, but I don't know if with mu-mo you can save money.
the prices of yesasia usually are more expensive than the official ones but you don't have to pay shipement if you spend 32€

mu-mo is cheaper if you're buying more things at the same time. Yesasia is cheaper if you're just interested in one (or two, depending on weight) things.

Here's some points that you might need to know before choosing.
vPost will automatically charge you custom tax if your total purchase + Shipping is over SGD$400.
Whereas Tenso you could edit the cost price before you choose to ship out the items (Don't blame me if the item is lost or damaged though. Insurance is not going to cover since you've edited the price.)

vPost charge by minimum weight of 500g and they round up to nearest 100g after 500g. meaning if your package is 510g, they will charge at 600g.

Then let's do an example if your item from mu-mo is 750g.
vPost : $16.00 (base charge) + (1.30*8)Weight Charge Per 100g +(0.15*8) fuel surcharge per 100g = $27.60
Tenso : 1,520Yen (International Shipping Fee) + 580yen (Handling Fee) = 2,100Yen (according to xe.com is $23)

BUT please do note that if you have multiple items to be consolidate, Tenso charges you 300yen for an extra package and a 200yen application fee. Whereas vPost doesn't charge any consolidation fee cos they just ship the item as it is. They will not charge you the base charge fee but will just add on the" Weight Charge Per 100g" and the fuel surcharge.
Do the maths yourselves and choose =)
Getting the correct weight is the tough decision.

Since I live pretty near to you and I have used Tenso many times before , I can advise you not to ship anything using EMS with Tenso as you will be charged by customs, and a lot of money. You can calculate how much it will cost you using Tenso shippin calculator but please note that if the box they use for shipping is too large (not the product, they use bigger boxes for small things sometimes don't know why) the fee is going to vary not depending on weight but on size. As kinix said thee fee from mumo to Tenso is 500yen.
Good luck :)

^thank you toni ^^
I was charged with customs 2 times with EMS at cdjapan, so I always use SAL. I see in tenso that they have small packet and 1kg are around 2.000„ so is not too expensive. But maybe I will wait to Yesasia and use tenso for limited bonus like the Zutto single got.

Thanks for this useful advice! I am going to use Tenso for the first time and was pondering what shipping method to pick. I have had trouble with orders getting stuck in the customs in the past and wanted to avoid that if possible. Really cost me a lot of money. SAL it is then.

HELP PLEASE!!!

I tried to register at TeamAyu shop to order the new album+BD and everytime I enter the shiping info (tenso address) it says that something is wrong. I copied from Tenso my page, I copied from the How to join TeamAyu thread (the Japanese numbers), I copied from the email I received from tenso and nothing works.

Anybody having any idea what the problem is?
Thank you!

Last time I got the same error, I just re-type all the numbers ~> 42-4-TSxxxxxx, then ok d.

May be you can try.

~angel*ayumi~ 12th May 2016 10:25 AM

Use Google Chrome. Browsers like Firefox change the font when you copy & paste and mu-mo won“t accept it then.

BabyJane 12th May 2016 01:05 PM

^^Thanks for your help.

I tried retyping and also google chrome, but it still won't accept the address. Any other ideas?

~angel*ayumi~ 12th May 2016 01:19 PM

Try to cut of the japanese signs behind your tenso number. They only say "forwarding service" and aren“t neccasary.

BabyJane 12th May 2016 01:30 PM

Yeah I tried that too. It also won't accept that in full (a part is cut of, when pasting it into the field at registration). I also tried , in a desparate attempt to put in another hyphen (like shown in the example underneath the address line, but still no luck!

I am really at a loss of things to do. Maybe GOD doesn't want me to order the Album and TA BD *sad*

Thanks again!

aliceshields 12th May 2016 02:16 PM

This is how I enter when I place my very first TA order, I actually re-typed the numbers and removed "転送コム" under the shipping address, then eventually they accepted it.

Customer Info
Name:YEEALICE
Address:120-0023 東京都 足立区千住曙町42-4TSxxxxxx転送コム

• Shipping Address
Name:YEEALICE
Address:120-0023 東京都 足立区千住曙町42-4TSxxxxxx

Basically I just tried anything and everything from re-typing / removing the space in between "4" and my Tenso number, until I finally got accepted, which was the removing of "転送コム" under the shipping address...

I wish you good luck!

rainbow_smile 13th May 2016 01:23 AM

^ Iirc they have a character limit in that field, so that might be the issue.
