Words or concepts that you perceive differently because of Ayu?
 

I'm curious, what words or concepts when you come across them, you automatically connect to Ayu, or perhaps even misinterpret because of her?

For me:

"TA" - I have seen this acronym many times this semester because I am in a Bio lab class and EVERY SINGLE TIME I read it as "Team Ayu."

"Countdown" - I just saw the word on facebook and my brain automatically read it as "Countdown Live."

I'm sure the most obvious example of a word or phrase that has changed it's meaning would be "July 1st" or other song titles, but I'd still like to see what other connections your brain has a habit of making with Ayu when it comes to ordinary things.

I'm a TA (Teaching Assistant) at the university, so thinking of Team Ayu every time I talk about my job is inevitable :laugh

Because of Greatful Days, I'm always using that spelling instead of "Grateful" Greatful looks more correct to me.

Any talk of New Years makes me think of past/upcoming Countdown concerts
When I look at my keyboard A M H L & standout to me. I think of the typography versions Ayu has used and of course the songs related to them.
When ever Fukuoka is mentioned I am reminded that it is where Ayu is from.

Even though I've known Christmas a lot longer than I have Ayu, anytime someone mentions "Christmas carols" my brain immediately sings "Shiroiiii~"

Thanks to Ladies Night I can't watch anything from the 80s without a subconscious fear gnawing at me that something horrible is going to happen whenever a door opens.

I first learned of Ayu around the same time that Born to Be... came out, which was used for Japanese coverage of the Olympics, so now every time I hear about the Olympics, I start singing it in my head.

There's a brand of paper towels here called Sparkle, which also reminds me of Ayu every time I see it in the store.

AHS - I never think about American Horror Story when I see this abbreviation.

I know there are a lot of things on a day-to-day basis that reminds me of her. :D July 1st is a definite one.

I don't know why Secret's release date (11/29) leaves a deep impression on me, every time the digital clock shows 11:29, it reminds me of Secret.

And nowadays whenever I see the word "MADE IN JAPAN" I automatically go, "Hana ni natte! Toge wo motte! Karete chitte!"

Madonna's Material Girl line always make me think about Ayu's MTRLG. Whatever happen to that Ayu's clothing line.

Every time I hear Silent Night I think about Heavenly Pee :D
