anyone watching this? lol, its always quite funny near the beginning when they weed out the crappy people. but yea, some pretty good stuff to watch, until it gets boring later on with the finalists.

Hehe I love American idol... but I always miss it. I hated Canadian idol. They all sucked! I guess having 10 times the population makes it more likely to have good singers though.

Simon and Randy are much meaner this year than in the past. Also, they've let a lot of people advance that really weren't that good in comparison to last year, like the model in Hawaii and "Scooter Girl." And I don't have any favorites yet. Last year during the auditions Clay, Ruben, Kimberley Locke and several others were my favorites the moment I saw them audition, but this year no one has caught my attention as someone I'd cheer for in the top 10. It's sad, really, because there's no point in watching when you have no one to cheer for. :(
I just hope Simon and Randy will lighten up a little while Paula and Randy expand their vocabulary to include words other than "yo dawg!" and other repeated gibberish. |
this is the first yr im watching american idol, but i happen to catch it when they were in hawaii, omg...that guy who was so in need of a gf.......i felt so embarrassed for him....

LoL, omg~ American Idol is a great show to watch if you want a good laugh....or be amazed once in a while. :roflmao
I think "Scooter Girl" had like one of the best voices among the finalists, even though she was a bit 'weird'. Hehe, 'scatgirl' made me laugh so hard! |
