It's official! According to TowerRecords, Moments will be released on March 31, with this info that's from the site:

"Moments" under broadcasting is release determination as a TV commercial song of January, 2004 to KOSE "VISEE" hurriedly! Since one more music becomes the new commercial song of a Panasonic MD component stereo from April, this is also attention. With [ in which the video clip was mentioned ] DVD!
