ebay is your best bet! i found a huge door size cloth poster on ebay for 10 dollars! ^_^ theres so many!

yesasia doesn't just sell the posters through the CD+poster package...anyway, there's also yahoo auctions sg...

Yesasia has such a limited range of posters though, you'd really have to strike at the right time since the good ones goes fast.

Yahoo Japan auctions are pretty good in terms of finding Ayu items (posters, CDs, etc), but I don't think many people there speak english, or would ship overseas :shrug
