Just wondering... does anyone play any musical instruments?

As for myself, I play the violin and am at Grade 7 now. Can't wait to do Grade 8 cos then I don't need to play it anymore!!!!

I played the piano for 6 years, the clarinet for 6, the bassoon for 1... and if you give me some time, I can figure out mary had a little lamb on most ^_^

haha i tried learning piano but i quit after 2 months...i play a traditional chinese intstrument but i don't really know what its called in english....i think its called a chinese dulcimer...

if it's like a super minature vers. of the cello but with only 2 strings that would be what we call a "yi woo" i think. if it isn't then i've forgotten the name. the "12 girl band" have a few of those players i think.

I play clarinet for music in school, but I hate it soo much.
I'm also learning to play guitar...

I play bassoon O.o....honestly. :)

ive attempted playing piano and violin..both lasted for less than 6 months, and im playing the cello now, and this is my.............5th year i think.

I play flute~ though not much anymore since I'm out of high school now... but I've been playing for 10 years

I used to play the piano. :)



...but I never learned how to read music notes. ._.


My greatest musical achievement? TITANIC theme song!!! :D

oh my instrument has like all these strings and stuff and you whack sticks on them....lol :ybiggrin but i think a couple girls in the 12 girl band play that instrument i play

Piano, violin &tuba are the instruments I play... &my voice. XD

Yea I've been playing the Violin since the 5th grade and with that talent, I'm a mariachi player and still play orchestra and there's nothing bad with playing a little orch. music!

i've played piano since i was 6 ... so thats 10 years .. whoa .. holy crappp .. haha ..

and i'm in ARCT right now ..

i played trumpet for a year and alto sax for a year ..

and i've wanted to learn guitar and cello recently!! maybe over the summer?? HMM!

..Played the flute for about 2 years.. I don't know why I stopped playing it. It just wasn't my thing back then I guess.. but sometimes I regret playing it.. because I'd really love to write music for it .. heh.

Later on, I'd love to learn how to play the guitar though :D:D:D:P:P:P:P

*smiles* I play...or have played, the trumpet (my main instrument), the french horn, the alto sax, percussion (anything except the snare drum on its own), and the flute. Weird combination but yeah...I'm just kinda like that...I also play a little piano, but not very well or very much.

I also sing and used to be a semi-professional folk dancer. I'm looking to get back into it again, but it'll have to wait until after we move next month...

I play guitar and bihuela, althought I've only have played them for about 2 and 1/2 years, I am in am mariachi in school, or at least I was, since i graduated last tuesday... :)

i have been playing piano n i will continue play it... i have been studying it since i was 5 now im 16... :D~ but im still at 6th grade :)

I play the piano (grade 5), flute (grade 4) and if i have any spare time, i try and teach myself the guitar.

Vln and Pno (good), rock drums; tin whistle and mouth organ aka. harmonica (badly) and also table top drumming (ppl look at me funny usually in restaurants because i do it quite frantically, while bored)

One day I want to be able to play every single instrument, saxophone, guitar/electric, some chinese instruments, oboe, mandolin flute trumpet cello orchestral percussion :o everything. But instruments like oboes and trumpets are so expensive to buy.

PsyGen - ah ha, that's missing the point! Music is for life.
