About the tracklisting for My Story
 

Do you think it will include the songs from Memorial Address? Since Ayu is big on "recycling", it wouldn't surprise me if they WERE included again on this album, but I was just wondering if anyone has seen anything confirmed yet.

I haven't seen anything confirmed yet, but I'd be surprised if anything from MA was on this new album. The only older song in general I've heard about in this album is possibly a different version of Poker Face, but I think that may have been a rumor.

Well, we already know a few things...there are 15 tracks, 7 of which are confirmed. We know Moments, Inspire, Game, Carols, About You, Walking Proud, and My Name's Women are going to be on it. There were 8 songs on Memorial Address...so 7 and 8 does equal 15...BUT, I really don't think those songs are going to be included. I think if those older songs were being included we'd know by now, since it has all the known songs listed already. Avex loves to recycle songs...but I really don't think they'd include the Memorial Address tracks on this album.

That would be kind of weird if the MA songs were on MY STORY. Unless they were something like Because of you~episode II~, which, to be honest, is pretty unlikely.

i'm 99 percent sure it wont be, although i wish it did.

good god no ahhaahh it would be pointless to have repeated tracks. MA was already a complete Mini album, almost an album to be more precise, had it 2 more tracks and an interlude it would already be in the pattern of an ELT full album. (if it were like Mika Nakashima's "mini albums" which are in fact singles then it could have some reason on putting MA in MS)

Like Brian said, 7 + 8 = 15, but for some reason i'm getting the feeling that there's gonna be a song called 'My Story' so (IMO) there will be 8. And since its a full album, maybe a filler or 2.

In conclusion, i highly doubt it.

^ Agreed, I'm sure there will be a song called My Story, since EVERY cd title has a corresponding song.

I say, don't worry. The MA songs won't be included I'm sure.

I thought that too, but then I thought...maybe it was the recording of Walking Proud or My Names Women or something. But I doubt it. :)

She could be re-recording the MA songs too :P Like she did to A BALLADS :mischief :mischief :mischief :mischief :mischief (just kidding :laugh)

I hope it doesnt end up like that.....doesnt really seem right, and I feel very doubtful that MA will be included into MS. MA was a mini-album and should stay that way, theres no reason to include them in MS cuz it would just give fans the same songs all over again, with the exception of the newer ones, and IMO that doesnt sound like a very good marketing product. Not only that, but what Kristen said as well. There will most likely be a track called "My Story" so that pretty much rules out the theory that it could add MA. But thats just the way I see it.

I seriously hope not. o o;; I mean. why have memorial address then? I think it doesn't meet the points of an albumn if it does repeat. It's after all a collection of her songs. Don't repeat please. -_-

I don't think they will be included - it would be a stupid thing to do, as people are expecting more new tracks, rather than ones from last year.

if they did include MA on MS, i think it would only show that Avex was in a rush to put a new product out on the market to only make more money, instead of actually waiting to get more songs out of Ayu. I think Avex is smarter than that, although i'm not so sure about their money making tactics.

i seriously doubt if MA songs will be on MS, cos if they were really just to make 7 snew songs, they could release another mini album instead.
