What is your Ideal Asian pop star?What should he/she not do and what should he/she do to become popular?What do u want to see or expect from them?

Rules: No Real Pop Star.
Example:Ayu,Namie, and etc.

A singer like Ayu... except I'd want them to be better live singers, compose and arrange their own music as well as write their own lyrics, and not to have 50,000 remixes of each song.

Beautiful voice, catchy tunes, style icon...Ayu :)

My Ideal Asian Pop Idol

Looks & Apperance : preferrably beautiful , natural looks. I don't mind that much is she a fashion icon or not , but being an icon usually leads to there being more articles and fotoshoots and stuff so it's a plus. looks aren't the main issue tho , but if i were to enjoy her PV's she should look good. PV's don't really matter that much tho.

Voice : preferrably good voice , not too much of vibrato and high singing . tho I think the singing voice can be compensated by songs a lot. as long as the songs are good and the voice is alright i'm happy . I don't care about her abilities to sing live , doesn't matter to me at all.

Music : I prefer either just rockish pop or "dancy" pop , and I love remixes. And my ideal pop idol sings faster songs too , not just ballads. and hopefully releases new stuff relatively often. I like japanese hiphop/r'n'b a lot too , but when i think of j-pop idol I think of pop singer. I don't really care if she composes or writes her own music.

as for her image , I find pop idols who try to be "cute" all the time really annoying. other than that I don't really care. I don't mind a sexy image either.

Ideal Asian Pop Star... hmm...

Music: Well, it should be poppie (after all, they are a pop star), but I don't like, what do you call it?, candy(?) pop. I would perfer Pop-Rock. It should also be real and touch their audience. I don't think they should sing about things they don't know about; for example, if they never experienced love, they shouldn't sing about love.

PV: They should have plot driven ones... does anyone know what I mean? Not ones where they, uh, for example, stand on a bridge and just sing.

Looks: They should be pretty without too much make-up.

I can't really think about anyone who really fits this describtion. Well, Sun Yan-Zi kinda does, but not really. I don't know what I'm talking about.

One word: Gackt.

i would have to say my asian pop idol would have to b somefing like...
looks - cute n natural, not too good looking but not too minging... jus average
dress - stylish but not too ott, jus casual with a hint of sexy? lol
voice - exceptionaly good voice.... smooth n jus so good to listen to u never get bored... have to b able to sing live and near enough flawless (that would impress me lol)
music - abit of everything so they have a variety

Looks - Natural Beauty(No Make Up)
Voice - Able to Change with the type of song
Dress - Sexy but not over board,Cute stuff,Stylish or even classy depends
Music - R&B,Pop/Rock

Looks - Light make up. Simple dress. No over exaggerated clothing.
Voice - medium to high pithed. good live singer and voice very clear, smooth and beautiful.
Dress - plain and simple. Wearing light pastel clours, alot of white.
Music - Soft Ballads and some trancy songs.

Chihiro Onisuka would be a good example.

Sammi Cheng is an awesome actress, but I only like some of her music
