Nope, this is the one ayu wore a white bridal looking dress and a black top with fire-like patterns together with a similar pants...

The one you taking about is the one where she's performing in the 55th Kouhaku (Red & White Battle) on Dec. 31, 2004.

And also on the MTV Japan show earlier. She wore almost the same dress.
