So far you can only attend this concert by being a japanese resident and entering the contest. I hope that tickets are available for sale and that they put out a DVD of this...

The announcement on the site is for a contest. 10 Japanese fans are going to get a free ticket to NYC to see her show. It doesn't say only Japanese can go to her concert.
