It's not the concert DVD. Probably this merchandise was sold at the concert.

That is the A MUSEUM concert pamphlet, sold at the concert as mentioned by nmskalmn.
The CDs are made out of plastic.
I have it and the packaging is really nice.

that's a killer item for an ayumi collection! looks expensive, but cool
