If you click the 5th link down from the flash menu on the bottom of the page a page should come up on the top with Ayu's name. Click it and info will appear, I'm pretty sure the last sentence is saying the single from the movie will be released in July. A translation would appreciated...

I'm surprised they would release the single two months ahead of the movie, instead of marketing them together.

No, it's not gonna be released in July.
The last sentence only indicates that ayu's 36th single is gonna be released in July, which is part of the introduction to the artist who sings the theme song. The theme song, if follows the tradition, should be released one or two weeks prior to the movie premiere date, which means 9/7 or 9/14.

Then this could sort of contradict the 'dancing' rumor... According to the rumor, 'dancing' is supposed to release in August. Then the July single will be 'alterna'? I don't know, I doubt she'd release singles so crammed together like that, considering that hasn't happened in years...

hmmm, someone suggested (sorry I forgot who...) that maybe Ayu will do a trilogy again..but yeah, it seems like the release dates (according to various sources) are really crammed together tightly

The thread title should be changed to 36th single planned for July release. Wow I can't believe she's going to be hitting the 37th single mark by the end of the year!

I think this movie is the live-action of basilisk animation. It's a new anime, but the male lead actor called kouga gennosuke from the kouga clan and female lead actor is called oboro from the iga clan.. Kinda surprised, but i'm not sure about this

in case you guys already forgot, vivi mentioned that ayu's new single will be out in july (the ayu deji deji diary), and since this release is so close from step you/is this love, it wouldnt be strange if she released the shinobi single in sept, maybe the reason why step you came so late after my story was because she took a break? and now shes back workin!

Well, if this and the 'dancing' rumour are true, plus the shinobi title song, There may be a chance that ayu will release singles in three consecutive months. :luv2

i think dancing will be in her alterna single.and dancing just being a title of song not a title of single..

that's a good news, i'm really looking forward for her new release, a summer single will be a great idea, i hope it's a multi-a-side single and i hope it's better than last year's INSPIRE [and i ALSO hope that it'll include alterna plus a DVD with more than 2 PVs]

about the fall-release, i'm very excited, very looking forward of what kind of ballad will it be, it said to be a really good ballad like SEASONS & Dearest, well just wait & see [and hear]
