I would run to the store and get a Japanese phrasebook or else she would think I'm on some kind of drugs.

Well, nah, I would walk up to her and start singing one of her songs... Then she'd know I was a fan and stuff. I would probably just sing the first song that would come to mind.

I would kidnap her and hold her for ransom.

i know a lot of people here would try to speak broken japanese to her such as "kawaii desu" or "konichiwa. watashi wa ..... desu ^_________^"

I'd panic.. get all shaky, and probably pull out my digital camera and take as many pictures of her as I could without her noticing.. *grin* dunno if I'd have what it takes to talk to her.

i'd freak out.. yell and scream in disbelive... (not in front of her ofcorse)
then take pictures with her and ask her to sign my t-shirt or something...

I would first ask "are you Hamasaki Ayumi?" She would nod in reply & then I would say "can I have your autograph?" She would smile & nod and I would cry because I don't have a pen with me.

I would totally freak out on the insdie, go up to her and ask for a picture. then let her be on her way, and when she's out of sight, I will freak out again on the the outside. then i would everyone and start screaming XD
