fairyland lyrics?

I really love what japanese music did for me, it taught me so much... about the purity of someone, and how it taught me a lot of japanese...

so i was wondering, does anyone have lyrics and the translation of the song? I'd really love to learn more...

also, today, someone asked why i like japanese music... I said because of the virginity of the songs, unlike today, where all the "cool" stuff is about sex, drugs, and gangs... at least in Japan, they have pure yet popular songs...

Corybobory 12th July 2005 06:12 PM

type it inot the search, it's around somehwere

elepop 12th July 2005 06:39 PM

Yes, go to the search bar and type "fairyland lyrics".

There have been tons of thread about this already.

stardusties 12th July 2005 07:40 PM

AyuGAME 13th July 2005 01:48 AM

i think japanese lyrics is really nice..
its about power and life not like american or europe staff that always talks about sex and sex...(i;m enough of it) - no offense
except namie that her lyrics because more dirty lately
hmm..you can try to search from the search engine there is very much website and thread about this...

PickleCookies 13th July 2005 03:36 AM

As long as we're not stereotyping all other types of music... :yrolleyes

DA1SUK1DAY01691 13th July 2005 05:55 AM

since my question was awnsered, can we move this to the chat room?

i'm not stereo-typing music, but american rap, hip-hop, and stuff like that, where a majority of teens like, has some of the dirtiest stuff in it... such as the song "Candy Shop"... just look at the lyrics and you'll get disgusted... I feel the only really popular music among people under 30 is alternative, because a majority of thier songs have a really good meaning to it...

stardusties 13th July 2005 05:59 AM

I'm sure all languages have their trashy lyricals, including Japanese, and I want to defend that there are plenty of western artists with very legitimate lyrics that arent all about sex drugs and bling.

DA1SUK1DAY01691 13th July 2005 07:51 AM

i'm sure there would be dirty lyrics everywhere, and I do know adult contemporary and blah blah blah is nice and clean, along with stuff on Radio Disney.. but i have to say, you ask a teen/ child 10+, and if they listen to rap/hip-hop, stuff along that line, you ask them what the lyrics are, and ask them if they know what it means... you'll be surprised... I'm gonna do that tomorrow with my summer fun kids...

Obviously you don't know much about American music. Stop stereotyping the negative aspects of music into one degenerate genre. It's asinine.

Agreed :yes
I know many American singers/bands that have beautiful lyrics just as there are some Japanese artists with superficial lyrics.

devilayu 15th July 2005 08:34 PM

fairyland lyrics are here

Wow, how did this transform into the "Japanese music is better than American music" thread?

Those who think that Japanese lyrics are always more "insightful" or "clean" obviously don't know Japanese. I've heard plenty of songs (and even band names) that aren't exactly PG. No one music genre is better than another. It's all about whatever floats your boat. But don't just diss American/English music because you're too ignorant or busy to listen to music that isn't in the Top 40. Not all rap is gangsta, just like not all pop is sexy. There's plenty of music that is family friendly (an example, though I don't listen to it myself, is Christian pop).

Hahaha. i was wondering the same thing. BTW thanks for the lyrics link..i was looking everywhere for those lyrics..

DA1SUK1DAY01691 6th August 2005 02:53 AM

actually, that is true that not all music is trashy, but when you look at the rap/hip-hop by some of the most popuilar artists today (Gwen stefani, Black Eye Peas, Lil' Jon, Ciara, Petey Pablo), you need a whole lotta street slang in your vocab to understand what they're saying, or enough knowledge of what they're saying... I listen to other contemporary adult and stuff ( i sound so old...)... that, country, and the Radio Disney stuff are the only clean things i can think of... but alternative is the best thing you can get that actually sounds pretty cool... just be wary of profanity...

let's take "Hollaback Girl" by Gwen Stefani... what the hell is a "Hollaback Girl"???

and i was listening to koda kumi in with my friend, yeah.. lately, Japan has become pretty dirty... so much for that! but i still think Japan makes more sense than America!
