does anyone know where i can buy this magazine where Ayu was featured in the front cover?

is it like rare or something? i can never see it on ebay...

^ ooh.. I doubt you'll ever find one on sale.. Tricky one.. Its a really old issue. I also havent found it yet! I recommend going to the National Library and *borrowing* a copy for yourself.. ^^

I have finally found someone who's looking for it too! That's cool, but I haven't found it either. Isn't that issue from March 2002?

I have mine from Yahoo SG Auctions, but I also saw one long time ago on ebay.
I guess you must have luck to find it... just browse ebay and Yahoo very often ;)

To get older magazines is always hard...because they soon stop producing the old issuses :/

TIME magazine is in no way rare but it's just that it was the Asian version of TIME that featured the article. I'm sure you'll find it for sale at some point. I don't know how worth it it would be to pay for it, though, since the Time Asia site has the whole article online.

I'd love to have this issue.

I got mine from Time Asia directly. I forgot how much it cost. If you search the site there should be some info about how to purchase back issues.

its dated March 25, 2002... she was wearing the kimono she used in the 1st MTV Asia Awards, i think, hehehe, the cover says Ayumi Hamasaki Inside Japan's Idol-Making Machinery... Empress of POP as TIME ASIAN said in the article, hehehe.. coolness... i think they have an online copy of the article... try checking it > www.timeasia.com < but as a hard copy is concerned.. i dont know... havent seen back issues of it..... or you can try a collection... they compile time mags quarterly i think.... its easy to find those...... i think, lol.. mwah!

Just RIGHT NOW, I called 1-800-274-6800, which is their back issues phoneline, and ordered it. Thet're charging $5 plus whatever taxes and my total came out to be $5.73. HAPPY HAPPY ME!!
