ayu's song in BOSS CM

I've heard there is an english version of the song in the BOSS CM.
so is there an original version of the song?
if so, please tell me its name, thanks

I dont' really know if there's an english version or a original version to the BOSS cm but I know that eachCM has a different version of the song (Western, Marriage, Boxing, X-Mas, etc).

And the largest version I'e heard it's the 30s one with the large ONEGAI! and the gulp... you can find the lyrics on some sites...

nonono, i did not mean there is any english ver. of the cm.
I mean i know that ayu covered an english song in the BOSS CMs.
but i do not know what the name of the song is and i am looking for it.

It's an old standard. Pretty well-known in the USA, it's used in movies alot.

Well I've known about the song since I was like, 5, and I've heard it in plenty of movies & commercials over the past 16 years, so yeah, I think it counts.

I'm actually quite surprised if there are Americans who aren't familiar with at least the theme. Each year, it's gotta be used at least once in a new commercial and has been covered tons of times. In recent films, it's been in "Bewitched", "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days", and the remake of "The Parent Trap" in some form. There is actually a Japanese version by Nat King Cole. I'd say most of Cole's songs are considered standards.
