how many Hitomi are there???

I always get confused with all the hitomi (s),
I know the following ones

1. hitomi - the one who sings LOVE ANGEL
2. Hitomi - the one who sings the new single "GO MY WAY"
3. Hitomi - the one who sings VIOLIN

can u guys distinguish these gals??? I can't figure out are the 3 different people or not...~~~

Hmm...I only know of Yaida Hitomi, HITOMI, and Shimatani Hitomi (the one who sang VIOLIN)....those are probably the three you listed above (I don't know many songs by Yaida Hitomi or HITOMI).

Oh...and yes they're 3 different people ^^;

^ Oops...probably. Like I said, I don't really listen to that hitomi's songs ^^ (nor do I know much about her :P)

Confusing @_@

Hitomi Takahashi, Hitomi Yoshizawa (Leader of Morning Musume), Hitomi Saitou (Leader of Melon Kinenbi from Hello! Project)

...Hitomi is a very common name in Japan. :P

That's what it means via the dictionary, but the kanji for some of those Hitomi up there is probably not the same kanji as the one for "eye" (I think Takahashi Hitomi's IS the kanji for "eye" though).

Yeah, and Hitomi Shimatani writes "Hitomi" in hiragana. As does Hitomi from Morning Musume. Hitomi from Melon Kinenbi writes her name with the "eye" kanji. :yes
