About the stars....
 

I wonder how does the system of the stars under the initial works now...'cus i see ppl with stars of colors...before you fill up one star when you get a certain # of posts...but now i see many ppl with different colors..even some that have little posts got their stars all filled up...??!!??

Well, it seems like the forum staff members, regardless of how many posts they've made, automatically get 5 gold stars. Newer initiates start with blue stars, then begin working on red. There may be other colors after red, so we will have to just wait and see!

it takes really many posts to fill up all 5 blue stars....at over 1200, I'm only at 4 blue ones........sigh....

You guys got the idea! You just fill up one color and move to the next. nmskalmn made the gaps between the stars and color really big because before it was very easy to get to 5 yellow stars. You only had to have about 600 posts I think. So now it's much more of a challenge. And we have a few tricks up our sleeves......:P

Seems like the recent buzz around here is the stars issue :D

Don't worry, people... soon enough, you'll get past the blue stars, and after that, then the sky's the limit :P

why can we be told the ranking of the stars?

The stars are just for decoration.

Originally we only had yellow stars, but some initiates asked for different colors and the staff decided to add them.

oh i'm always stick with the same # of stars and initiate..itz not like before where i get the fun of it change once in a while...>.<

The colors don't really mean anything. As your post count increases the color changes from blue to red to yellow to ???. The stars for staff and special initiates don't change with post count. Most of them have 5 yellow stars.

Sick of it already? But the rank changes more often now than it did under the previous system.

mimika, your initiate title should change pretty frequently, the stars will change a little less frequently but they will change. So just keep on posting and you'll see some changes in them. :)

I noticed that under AyuRocks' name she has the word Shipper there.What does it mean?

i guess 'cus shez an ahs stuff so she gets a special title?

All the other Admins don't have a title like her's though...
