I'm not sure when this was taken, but I just ran into this picture of Ayumi at Matsumoto Shave Ice in Hawaii. I hope that this isn't somethign that everyone already knows about, but the pic is from their website along with pictures of other famous people that have been there. Just thought I'd share. :D

Judging by her hair it looks like 2002.

The picture, going by hairstyle, actually reminds me more of 2000 then 2002. It was in the (miss)understood photobook, but even so, thanks for sharing anyway. :D

I would venture that it's when she went to Hawaii to film SURREAL (year 2000). In the SCawaii August 2005 issue, the headline says that she hadn't been to Hawaii in about 5 years.

Actually I think Ayu might've gone to Waiola in 2005~:p

LOL, I go there sometimes. But it's WAY out of town, so not that often. Pretty awesome.

I remember that spot where they took the picture in front of Macy*s in the "On my way" photobook. I stood there for about 5 minutes listening to "fairyland". LOL.

yeah i think its in 2002. her hairstyle in the picture is exactly the same as her's in ARENA TOUR 2002.

I don't think it's photoshopped, I remember someone pointing out this little pic in the on my way photobook:

The photos on the website look like they were all taken of the framed photos hanging somewhere, so they're not the best quality.

I think Ayu looks cute in that picture. :yes
