ayu-mi-x II

For this series, there are 4 parts: version JPN, version US+EU, version Acoustic Orchestra, and version Non-Stop Mega Mix.

I was looking through the discographies and sorting my songs by album, but I noticed that for the Non-Stop Mega Mix album, I only had the songs from Disc 2, and all the ones from Disc 1, were already sorted into the JPN and US+EU version. I want to complete my collection, so I just wanted to know if these songs are the same on both the JPN/US+EU version and the NSMM version.

Thanks~

I'm not sure, but I think it is that way. Non Stop MegaMix is like random songs from JPN, US+EU and Acousitc Orchestra put together. I think they're also put on the CD as a single track.

Hmm, I read on wikipedia that one of the is the full version and the other is just parts?

In a non-stop megamix, the songs play in short versions that are blended together so it all sounds like one big long song. The tracks ARE separated on the CD, but if you just play it through there are no audible breaks between the songs. But they aren't the complete song... the tracks are sometimes as short as a minute and a half. The tracks on the other three releases are all complete. The megamix is fun though. :)

maybe that's why it's called non-stop megamix..

lol

;) sorry

the NSMM sounds like a brutal edit of the full length remixes. i dont like NSMMs.

i don't really like NSMMs either.

Why are there so many versions of this CD? Did they just decide to release four? with different covers?

Dustie 5th July 2006 01:10 PM

Well, Ayu-Mix-II is three different albums -- Acoustic Orchestra versions, US+EU versions (remixed by US and European DJs) and JPN versions (remixed by Japanese DJs). The fourth, Non-Stop MegaMix contains random songs from the other three. And it's supposedly one-track thing, with one song fading into another without pauses.
Check the tracklisting of NSMM it shows it has songs from AC, US+EU and JPN.

The songs does fade into eachother but the tracks on the CD is separate, if someone here have them as one huge track it's because it was ripped that way on purpose.
