However, I found there are 4 DVDs Japanese ver. in Yahoo! Auction Japan

the Japanese edition with 4 DVDs were only in the first pressings, regular editions of the box only contained 3 DVDs

COMPLETE LIVE BOX is out of print, you can't buy it anymore @ Yesasia, CDJapan or any "regular" page

As for Conmplete Live Box
The 4th DVD of the Japan Version was only available wia mail for japanese costumers. You were still able to get the 3 DVD Box few time back.
For the Overseas Versions it´s out of print for ages now.

There were a couple of Complete Live Box sets at a local store here a few weeks ago....shame it didn't have the 4th DVD though >_< Still, I bought it :yes ^^;

I think, if you buy the 3DVD set, getting the 4th shouldn't be too hard from Yahoo Auctions. You can get neither of the mentioned items from YesAsia any longer, the easiest way is Yahoo Auctions, it's very rarely seen at eBay. I've seen the Japanese Version in some online stores (that only ship inside Japan I suspect).

I think all editions had 3 DVDs, when you buy the box set you get a copoun that you send in to avex to receive the 4th DVD. This copoun is no longer valid.
