"A" symbol to show on IPOD?
 

I have an ipod and I wanna use Ayumi's symbol in the titles of the song. I wanna replace some of her "A" with the symbol. is there a way to do that. I've tried some symbols and they all work perfectly on the titles such as hearts and stuff.

I've wanted that to happen to, and I was wondering if it could happen.
As far as I know, no, it won't appear. :shrug

It is impossible, there's no language encoding that supports any font with Ayus A.

But, if your iPod is "iPod Video", and you can put the "A" icon in it, that's better looking than put it in the tittle of the song!:yes

and you can also put a lot of AYU's pic in your iPod. Oh, I agree with "immel"!!

That reminds me how I was stunned when I noticed that my classmate's mp3 player displays random Japanese Kanji instead of Polish accented letters :P

I dont think it can..coz ipod dont suppost that text type

They do. At least the newer generations.

Yes, they all display Japanese characters. However the A symbol is NOT a Japanese character (duh, teehee =P) The only ways I could see to get it onto the artists tags of your ipod would be to have an A font or an A image, but NEITHER of those are actually possible to put into the artist tags, or any song tags for that matter. And that goes for any ipod.

Now, putting images on ipods, yes, you can do that, but you can't get that image in the tags of the song.

i think they all do. i have a realllllly old ipod, and it supports japanese characters.

I knew of this weird hack that would let you, it was for my old iPod though (3rd gen.)

The new 80Gb iPod is really neat... I so wanted one a few days ago when my friend, who is on Tokyo now, told me that he bought a new 80Gb one because he lost his nano.

You can do it but I'm not sure how
A month ago I was searching games for my iPod and I found a software that let you customize your ipod (and change fonts). If you have an ayu font you can use this in your ipod but I'm not sure what will happen with the another letters (except A, M, H, &)
(I couldn't test this cause it works only in PC) I recommend to search in google "customize your ipod" or something.
