WOW, so many concerts. Koda Kumi works very hard.

I wonder why they decide to make a giant hall tour. They could do a much smaller arena tour....

Ziyte 25th July 2006 10:21 PM

Good Lord...I hope she can handle all those concerts. Don't tours normally only last 2-3 months?_?

I agree. I felt she could've done maybe like 10 shows in an arena tour instead of a 40+ shows in a hall tour.

devilayu 26th July 2006 04:37 AM

Wow, I wish I could go to this concert! Can't wait till the DVD (or hopefully a TV broadcast)

AyuGAME 26th July 2006 08:45 AM

i don't understand why avex not making a big concert for her
i think she can do it and its the time for her to doing that
you know, like ayu did...
but she just hold a little capacity concert...i think she can do dome tour
now or never

andre2907 26th July 2006 09:19 AM

Good sales don't mean sell out shows. She could do a 10 concert Arena Tour, but not a Dome tour.

Utada Hikaru never did a Dome Tour and she has three albums in the Best-Selling Albums in Japan history.

AyuGAME 26th July 2006 09:28 AM

yeah i think its her best time to did something big
its hard to maintain carier
so its the time to doing it

thinkingoutloud89 26th July 2006 09:30 AM

oh so long...I think that means that there weren´t much realeses during that time...maybe if she records something before ...

ayu_fan929 26th July 2006 01:54 PM

I think Arena will be as big as it gets in terms of capacity. Hikki probably didn't want to do a dome tour cos she didn't like touring in the 1st place? I don't know. I'm sure Hikki could've done a dome tour in 2001 after Distance was released.

andre2907 26th July 2006 09:04 PM

She could do a Dome tour after her first album if she wanted. She did the Bohemia Arena Tour that sold out in 5 minutes and then she did the Chiba Marina Stadium concert which received 900.000 applications to get tickets.

ayu_fan929 26th July 2006 09:16 PM

Didn't see this earlier but:

I doubt it. I think she's going to promoting another single in the fall and a new album in the new year.

LacusClyne 27th July 2006 06:10 AM

OMG!!! i hope she will have enough energy for this...the tuor is soooo long...i don't want her to be overexhausted and collapse just like ayu did a couple of years back then....

AyuGAME 27th July 2006 06:31 AM

i thought hikki performance was terrible so she didn't do a big concert
koda can do it i think

LacusClyne 27th July 2006 06:45 AM

^hikki last concert was horrible, think she trying to get a good impression this round.

truehappiness 27th July 2006 06:59 AM

I'd bet that the capacity for these halls isn't too big [probably less than 7k?]..

Oh well~ Hope she's not all 'zomg SHAKE IT' in it XD

ayu_fan929 27th July 2006 01:57 PM

^Yep. Halls arn't too big. I think the average is 2500-3000? The largest I know of is the Tokyo one, and that's 5000. But having 43 shows of these small venues, it adds up. Did the math, roughly 100,000 people will go see.

truehappiness 27th July 2006 05:59 PM

That seems like it'd be less than a usual Arena tour.. o_o ;_;

ayu_fan929 27th July 2006 06:36 PM

^Not really. BoA's arena tours number 80k; I think Hikki's current one is like 190k; Ayu's (m)u one was like 250k or something like that. Kuu would have been able to hold a decent arena tour, but I guess avex chose not to?

Raleigh 27th July 2006 06:54 PM

Interesting. Wonder how it'll fare
