I know. o__o
Blah. Just noticed Miss Hikki there...

ruixiong89 10th September 2006 08:17 AM

OMG, Hikki's debut single sold 2 million already?! She's scary ... Go Hikki! But yup, Can You Celebrate was like Namie's biggest hit, I'm not surprised it's first! Plus it had a GREAT drama tie-in!

Cyria 10th September 2006 10:47 AM

Somehow I hadn't realised how good Hikki's single sales were.

I'm glad Don't wanna cry is in the top ten.

Who are at #7 and #9?

darkswordz 10th September 2006 10:57 AM

Hikki and namie rocs! but ayu... =X

Raleigh 10th September 2006 02:08 PM

Well.. Hikki was quite popular back then. It's weird seeing her sales now when she used to sell like crazy back in that era.

ayu_fan929 10th September 2006 02:56 PM

Nice...Hikki took 4/10 of the positions! And Namie still has the highest selling female single in Japan.

Lulayu 10th September 2006 05:13 PM

O_o Namie Amuro is number 1! Just amazing!

And 4 Hikki's singles... Congratulations!

I don't know who #7 is, but #9 in Tomomi Kahala.

elepop 10th September 2006 08:40 PM

GO NAMIE! WOOHOO! #1 :heart

YAY for Ayu too. :D:D:D

Too much Hikki for my likings. I don't like her songs.

Coelacanth 10th September 2006 09:01 PM

#7 is Miki Imai. =)

BabyUtada 10th September 2006 09:22 PM

Forget Namie being number 1. Hikki took over the oricon charts w/ 4 of her very best singles (IMO)! Go Hikki!:)

Annabelle 11th September 2006 12:31 AM

Congrats Namie. You totally deserve it :D I see Tomomi's "I'm Proud" is at #9, how cool! It's such a good song. And of course, Hikki is simply amazing :)

jeffycue 11th September 2006 12:53 AM

it's like the hikki chart with a bunch of other people....

congrats to them!

I haven't heard two of the songs (#7 and #9), but I'm glad two of the most awesome japanese songs of the 90s ended up on there (thetwo namie ones). They are truly classics. THe songs off ayu's single aren't really among her best. =/ Namie's songs are hte only ones I really like of that chart.
