I wanted you know how long have Ayu and Yoshio been together?

Pretty much since the start of her career w/ Avex. You can see him in tv lives of her first single.

I think he and Enrique were the first two band members with ayu. Others have come and gone but those two have been there the longest. Peco has been around for a while too; she was on ayu's crew since Concert Tour 2000 but she only went on stage around the time of A museum

i've always wondered, how did ayumi and her band get together?! was avex responsible? did she know them? i've always been really curious of that as enrique was a super famous rocking guitar player back in the day, right?

No, that's Yoshio. :) He was in a band called The Goodbye that did pretty well on the charts and won some awards. He also acted in some dramas.

Recently though she's kept most of the band..

Like Eguchi Nobuo on drums and Yusuke What'shisface on keyboard.. :)~

I think the baldish guy from AT03-04 is gone though.. he was on keyboard..

yeah yoshio and ayu are like soo fun together! i love when she did surreal at the 2001 dometour and she put her arm on his shoulder as the stage moves out :) hehe

I find it interesting Ayu has always had a live band. (Not to compare status) but Kuu only recently recieved a live band with her performances with Ningyo Hime... the same usually go for other low-status solo artists?

i love Ayu and Yoshio's chemistry. they seem like family ^^ tis cute.
