Ayumi & Princess Princess

Does anyone know of a time when Ayumi covered live Princess Princess's song "M" (Yes, Ayu and them have a song w/ the same title.) I came across a file of Ayumi singing the song(it definitely sounds like her) but can't figure out where it would be from other than Ayu Ready and I was unable to find which Ayu Ready episode it came from. Anyone know anything about this?
