Ayumi Hamasaki, the ever Japanese Pop diva who is going to release her brand new album "secret" on 29th November 2006, tried a bold move when she appointed famous ink painter to draw up a unicorn on her back for a feature on the album cover, a first attempt in her 7-year-old carreer. In her recent interview with Popteen, despite her always-full schedule, she calls upon the importance of time. She felt that the best thing in a person's life is to be able to share memories with others,
hence she would like everyone to cherish the moments around them.

Just after 11 months since her new year release of "(miss)understood" this year, the new album "Secret" will hit the music stores' shelves for the 8th time, which will show Ayu's greatest sincereity purely by music. It took 3 hours for the unicorn to be drawn on her right shoulder. Compared to last time where she only pasted Logo stickers on her personal
live concerts, she gave away her very first time on this album.

The always-busy pop diva, expressed her words from her heart during the December issue of Popteen magazine that she wants everybody to cherish time well. She strongly felt that "Time" really needs gratitude,simply because it's a great thing that there is someone that can share the very same memories with you.

"Just because it's somebody else (who is sharing memories with you), therefore it's much rarer. If recalling certain things are a beautiful thing to do, then how great is that!" From this we can see how Ayumi wanted to grab hold of the time she has to do more things, or being together with the person that matters to her.

The recent "Ayumi Hamasaki 2006 Concert Tour 2006 A ~(miss)understood~" reign the top of Oricon Chart's DVD ranking, has made Ayumi more ambitious to take down her fifth sale championship on this year using "secret". Avex Trax Taiwan has been getting ready for a simulteneous launch of the album with Japan, and even started a pre-order campaign right from today, while giving out B2-size Ayumi Hamasaki "Secret" posters to loyal fans. They should make more promotion if they want more sales!

While that is true there's also the question of balancing. Promoting something isn't free, it's, in many cases, the most expensive process in the entire event of the release. They will most likely start the heavy promotion for the album in 2-3 days, that's how it's usually been for her releases. Starting the promotion more than a week before the release is just a waste, I believe.

Yeah, it's really nice, but I was wondering with everyone else if this was washable... Like, she would do the shoot that one or two days, and then just wash it off... hmm. we'll find out if anything on CDTV, to see if she still sports it.
