Are Ayumi's DVDs All region??

I was just wondering if Ayumi's DVDs were all region because I know that sometimes on YesAsia it says Region 2 but it's all region. Help please!

nope, all of her dvd's are region 2 or 3, depending on if its japan version or overseas version. any all region ayumi dvd would be a fake/bootleg.

no ayu's DVD is all region
if it says so, can you show me the link? though it seem like a bootleg, but there are chances that it might be the legal China version9though i remembered most of China's version should be code 6)

i just bought Secret CD+DVD OS version today
and the DVD's Region 3

Ayu's DVDs are NEVER all region for the Japan Version. I don't know about the OS Versions, but I do know that all her Japan Versions are Region 2, and if it says they are, then they are.

For some artists it's different, but not for Ayu's Japan versions.

All ayu's HK and TW dvds are Region 3. Not sure about the mainland China ones.

mainland china doesn't release her dvds; if they did, it would be 6.

Does the RAINBOW one have a region?

True about the MY STORY DVD-A one, checked mine.

Delirium-Zer0 6th December 2006 01:55 AM

There isn't a region marked on either one, so I would imagine RAINBOW's dvd-a is region-free as well.

LacusClyne 7th December 2006 02:15 AM

^normally for some DVD that are region free, there will not be any thing stated, so it should be region free.

devilayu 10th December 2006 04:17 AM

Reket - If you're worried about being unable to play certain region DVD's, you could look into buying VCD's (which are usually region free from what I've purchased in the past). The quality isn't as good due to the format but it's another option.

rainbow dvd is a DVD audio, meaning that it does not have any region coding.

Delirium-Zer0 11th December 2006 11:52 PM

VCDs have no region coding whatsoever, so that's a decent way to go. They're basically just mpeg files in a specific file structure. But because of that, the quality is close to that of vhs. Watchable, totally. But not gorgeous.
