I don't think this ERA TICKET website support overseas ticket shipment. It only offers island-wide postal delivery, ticket-claiming at Taipei Arena,and ticket-claiming at 7-11's "i-bon" ticket machine(Taipei only). Whichever way to get the ticket only works in Taiwan.
