What is NIN you ask? NIN is one of the very few mainstream industrial rock bands in the American market today. It is fronted by very the talented (and hott I may add :P ) singer Trent Reznor who actually does all of the songs in the studio and hires band members during tour. So far he has released 22 halos (his singles, movies, and albums as he calls them) and he has been nominated for many grammys in which won the "Best Hard Rock Performance" for his most popular song to date: Closer. Also, NIN is a very controversal artist, considering a lot of his videos have never been played on MTV because they figure they may be too offensive.

NIN's best album is their "The Downward Spiral" which was released in 1993 and some artists consider this to be a very influential album in the industrial rock area.

Latest news is though, they came out with a new album on tuesday "Year zero" and their latest single is "Survivalism". I havent listened to the album yet, but the new single is awesome in my opinion.

Nine inch Nails are hot. I used to like their music.

They were going to play a concert in my City like last month or something and they canceled it last minute and it really upset her 'Cause she had been hoping to see them.

hot topic had this cool deal yesterday, it was if you buy the new NIN CD, you get a shirt, a sticker and a patch all for about 20 dollars :D

Also, I honestly think the new CD is half decent...it's really political and it has a more hip-hop feel to it.

The Cd of this group debut on number 2 in Billboard this weekend, the number 1 is for Avri Lavigne in Billboard Hot 100
