I've always wondered, in total, how many songs does Ayu have? All of them, including b-sides and album tracks, not remixes though. I have a feeling it'll be a lot. I just read that Gackt has 201 songs so it makes me wonder about his pal Ayu.

I think it is around 130 or 140. I would definitely get a second opinion though.

would you count best recounts? (like because of you's on memorial address AND A BEST BLACK. does that count as two or one?)

^ When I counted, I completely excluded all tracks on the "BEST" complications (except "part of Me"). Same with all "A BALLADS" tracks. The only two I included were "RAINBOW" and "sotsugyou shashin."

I looked at Divine Ayu's Lyrics page and counted up all of the tracks on each album shown, including B-sides, and I included the five new songs of 2007.

I got 145 songs.

Heh. In my spare time I try to see how many of Ayu's songs I can name. My record out of 145 is 136. :P I was going to make a thread to see how many songs people can name, but I'm a little nervous about doing it. X)

there used to be a list of a lot of ayu songs including remixes.

i just copied it and put it on like wordpad or something, because it tells you how many lines,

i jsut took out all the extra lines ...

it was something like 1,200 or something. it was a while ago though, like, when Secret first came out. XD

Maybe this is one of those undefined questions. :laugh I think the exact number is out there, but it's waiting for someone to actually sit down and count every single one of her songs (if you want to include pre-avex, instrumentals, and remixes). @@

I say its 136 also i don't count the nothing from nothing stuff but you can if you want.

I got 129 not including remixes, instrumentals, or interludes.

I got 143, including interludes, but not including pre-Avex material.

I included Interludes, I added album tracks, interludes, B-sides that weren't n albums and the new tracks that were released this year.

So I guess it all depends on what you want to include.

Since KaoriNeko asked for all songs which included B-sides and album tracks and wanted to exclude remixes, it looks like Ayu doesn't have as many songs as Gackt. However, if you wanted to include remixes, like Sora said, that would be a crapload of songs. :laugh
