how did Ayu perform at this year's a-nation

it's simple as that

I didn't see any videos of a-nation & my inet now doesn't allow me to dl/watch them for now

people in different forums keep saying Ayu's performance was horrible this year
is this true?
they say she performed badly and she sang badly

eh?:tipsy

I just wanna know was she good this year or not

Personally I think it was awesome. Her vocals were excellent during the 1LOVE performance and fated was very touching.

People who say it was "terrible" probably refer to all the news clips and such. It sounded a bit different there. But on the TV broadcast everything was good imo :yes

thankyou:)

i feel that 1 LOVE was excellent although i would like to have ayu dancing pole dance with her long hair hehe

sora2522 23rd October 2007 03:41 PM

i could say she LOOKED horrible :D

i haven't seen the perfs, myself. but from what i heard, it was ok

ayu_ready? 23rd October 2007 04:10 PM

I don't mind about the looks/performace
I'm asking how she sang it live :)

The problem is that in the preview Ayu's voice was horrible but in the "official" performance I think she was perfect (:

I was in the 8/19 performance in Kobe, and Ayu was really good. She had trouble reaching the high notes in 1LOVE, especially in the "sonna mono ni..." but besides that, her vocals werent bad at all. She got pretty emotional in monochrome and fated, it was really touching. July 1st and Boys & Girls were like usual, she looked like she was having fun in the cart thingy while everyone in the audience went wild. glitter was really good because she sang it with emotion, and you could tell she was having a lot of fun during that performance.

Yea the vocal performance was really good, better than expected. She sang 1LOVE better than she did at cdtv at new years, fated and glitter was great too. Sounded like any of her recent concerts.

Visually.. you can never imagine the amount of sweat. You just can't, until you see it.

Well, 1LOVE was lipsynched. (It's fairly obvious in the video) So was Until that Day from what I could tell being there. I saw the first Tokyo show and they had some sound problems so that didn't help but her voice was definitely the worst I've heard from her from the live shows I've been to. The TV broadcast made her sound drastically better on the second day, but the news clips sound way different than what was broadcast on TV. So I'm not sure what the deal is.

1LOVE was okay, but i don't like her outfit in 'fated'. but i love the glitter performance! her vocals seem more real(compare to her other glitter lives), been watching it at least 7 times

I think the TV broadcast was probably edited to make vocals sound better.
