-Link- 13th November 2007 06:09 PM

Utada is hawt :yes but not with her uber short hair, I should try to date her, shes around my age :think

Luv ~Venus~ 13th November 2007 06:13 PM

^:yes

I hope that Utada is going long-haired....brown or black maybe?! Oh, I hope that Utada and Ne-Yo perform the song on Music Station or on Hey! x3 Also, I'm a bit skeptical of this new song because there hasn't been a short clip of the song and the song os released next week. I hope that this isn't fake. My heart will be broken!

austin. ♥ 13th November 2007 06:37 PM

Weird title. ;D

sora2522 13th November 2007 06:53 PM

i don't really like her brown hair (the recent one)

hopefully, she'll go back to black

or maybe blonde?! (that'd be kinda horrid XD;;; )

Luv ~Venus~ 13th November 2007 07:51 PM

^Oh, god! No! I will not except Utada if she goes blonde! If anything I'd rather for her to have red hair. Traveling anyone?! :innocent

Btw, here's some more info on the Utada/Ne-Yo collabo ~Thankies to :Hikki from Hikaru.sc~:

Luv ~Venus~ 13th November 2007 08:24 PM

Yea, but hey, we get to her UTADA! :leech I seriously think that Ne-yo and other big producers are gonna be helping Utada on her English album. I'm sad though....I can't hear the clip of Do You! :weep

Sasha 13th November 2007 08:32 PM

I don't like Do You at the moment...

JimmyKoria 13th November 2007 08:44 PM

I don't like the new song with Ne-yo. I mean there is only a preview of it but it's awful. Im semi excited for stay gold.

ayumisrael 13th November 2007 08:44 PM

Well, the collab will be released only in Japan >_< not world wide publicity for hikki.

austin. ♥ 13th November 2007 08:47 PM

THiS iS HAWT. But ugh, Natasha Bedingfield. ><

Luv ~Venus~ 13th November 2007 08:56 PM

^What's wrong with Natasha Bedingfield? Her song "Rewritten" is HAWT. Her vocals are outstanding too. No need to hate on her. ;)

I just heard the clip. It's good but Utada's vocals were shaky. No doubt that if she sanged this song while she was in her Exodus era, she would have blowen this song out of the water. I'm glad that she and Ne-Yo have did this collabo. Heck, I'm glad I've heard some Utada period. You know, this is very sneeky on Def Island because they releasing it digially...in Japan. Can this song break FoL's record? :laugh

austin. ♥ 13th November 2007 09:03 PM

^ It's Unwritten, and gave it to Oxfam as soon as she sold out. But they didn't except so I threw it away. The song itself is the most annoying song of 2007, but not by far.

Anyways, here's another rant. I srsly doubt Ne-Yo even bothered to visit Utada, let alone re-record it with her. I reckon it was simply a case of, "Here's your money and a vocal track, now work with it. Oh... and I like you voice, Utada?". :grumpy

sora2522 13th November 2007 10:06 PM

her voice is kinda shaky =( but it could be the vibrato XD;

austin. ♥ 14th November 2007 12:06 AM

Listened to the song a few times now, and it isn't getting better. :|

Beauty4123 14th November 2007 12:16 AM

i was NOT expecting a ne-yo collab. this should sound interesting.

alt.total-loser 14th November 2007 12:20 AM

You just hadn't listened to good R&B music yet! I like though. I've played like 10 to 20 times! :P

@Beauty (lisa): Yea....that's what I thought....it's a weird but unexpected collabo. I didn't even know that they were on the same label! :shrug But I'm glad it's Ne-Yo and that overrated Chris Brown!
