Kids say the darnest thing.... about ayu
 

Hi guys long time no see, today I encountered a cute japanese boy, about 5 years old, who attended International school in Malaysia, and he could speak perfect english as well as his mother. So as always, I asked him, "Do you know Ayumi Hamasaki?"

"Urgh.... who is that?" The boy replied, while shaking his head cutely.

"Ayumi Hamasaki, the famous singer..." His mother reminded him.

"Oh yeah, I know her... she is sexy."

I was like, "OK.... glad you feel that."

"Do you know what the word 'sexy' means?" His mother was amused, but asked him.

"NO..."

I hope you guys and Ayu take that as a compliment. XD

Lol that poor kid :D Kinda glad he doesn't what sexy means at five though :p

LOL okay while that is adorable it's also really interesting! I wonder where he got that word in conjunction with Ayumi (not that she isn't attractive, but that's an impressive word for a child to use o_o)

LOL! Reminds me of one of the kids I used to babysit...probably a month ago or so, we were playing cards and I had my iPod on full blast and was playing "Together When..." and he asked if he could see a picture of "the lady who was singing", so I showed him the cover (mind you, he's 6 years old) and goes, "Wow, she's a sexy old lady." I was in hysterics for about 5 seconds until I stopped and was like, "SHE'S NOT OLD!"

Hahahahahahaha, that was funny chocopockymaster. Anyway, i think kids only repeat what they hear from other persons, maybe his father...:rolleyes and i don't blame him XD!

XD What funny stories. My sister has friends that come over a lot and they always pester me when I listen to Japanese music...one little girl says "Japanese people talk funny." Another says "That girl is pretty" when she sees the Bride Ayu in the M PV I'm watching, and then when she sees Ayu with short hair, she says "EW! Now she's ugly! Like (insert my name here)!" Then they all run away.

To a 6 year old, I'm sure they are. Though I really don't know why I'm surprised...I recently turned 18 but when this happened, I was 17 and he would always call me an "old lady". :dead2

My little brother thinks that Ayumi and Kumi are hot. But he always makes fun of Hikki. :( He's 11. xD
