Marionette Cosplay (advice please)

Hi! ^_^ I'm thinking of cosplaying as Ayu from the Marionette PV and I know what I need already. However, I do need advice on the following things:

-white contacts
-reallllly long white gloves
-a white dress

What is a good company for contacts like that? Something comfortable, please, because I'm ultrasensitive to discomfort.

Where could I find gloves like that, and a dress like that? My bust is rather large so I couldn't get one from a store tailored towards smaller girls.

AWGH I always wanted white contacts but they don't sell it anywhere. : (
you can order from Japanese companies though, they have advertisements in Japanese magazines.

Back in high school I knew someone with contacts like that so I think they are sold somewhere... But thanks, I've seen ads for those in the Japanese magazines I have. I forgot about them XD
