But wikipedia is not the best source of information like this soo I wouldn't get my hopes up.

I hope that if she does re-release GUILTY & Secret that she PROMOTE it lol... I don't want to see an 'Exodus' happen to her or anyone again.

I think she'd do really well in Australia though... Canada and the U.S. is murky water :shrug

People shouldn't even use wikipedia for "news" on her.. it's just some person who had fun writing it, for whatever reason. Until you see it on actual news sites, just regard it as fake.

If she was going to do that, she should have done it with A BEST and "I am..." She was at her sales peak back then, and "evolution" and "M" could have been culty/novelty hits in the US (not that I want her to be reduced to that, but you get my point).

Although GUILTY fits the US market stylistically, I don't think Avex wants to go to the trouble of marketing it to the niche audience that would buy a Japanese-language record (expecially since all of Ayu's hardcore fans have already imported it), nor do I think Ayu wants to translate her songs in order to get commercial airplay.

So i found this on Wikipedia. Can anyone confirm it please?

On Thursday 24th Of January 2008 Ayumi Hamasaki stated on an MTV Japan interview that not only will she continue singing, she stated how important music was to her and that she would also like to distribute albums in other countries outside ASIA, such as America, Australia, Canada and more European countries. GUILTY has also been given a worldwide release confirmation but not a date as Ayumi has said she should finish her Asia tour before releasing GUILTY & Secret in other countries outside the Asian territory.
