I have a question about this performance, was the masked Ayu a body double? I'm not sure if it was but it seems pretty impossible for her to get up on the cross so fast. Sorry if this was answered already or if it was explained in the documentary because I'm in the middle of the kiss o' kill performance on the DVD right now so if it's explained, I'll request for this to be sent to the trash can.

They did another magic trick :laugh Just like Ladies Night at AT06

Yea, it's her body double who, if you watch the behind the scenes, is around a lot. She normally takes Ayu's place when Ayu wants to see what she's going to look like in certain places on the stage when performing.

Like Ayu would sit somewhere in the concert hall to see what a fan would see at that time.

It's not one of her dancers though.. she has one specific person. Let me find a picture xD

i really liked the performance ^^ love the theatrical-ness ^^
but i wish that during the instrumental, she the lights went out and she dropped under the stage and did a quick change. that would've been cool ^^

Yes, it's her double/stand-in.

This woman has been her stand-in for years [before RAINBOW and even before I am...~!]. Her nickname is Poroko also known as Takami Desaki.

She is of a similar height and body type as Ayu, and generally she performs the show when Ayu needs to see things from the audience's point of view. Like, during rehearsals, Poroko would be in Ayu's place during a song, and Ayu would be watching.

Doesn't this mark the first time that she actually participated in a concert?

Anyway, she must be one lucky $#^%$#! to hang around her all the time. Thank genetics for that. Ahaha.

I think it is the first time... though I'm not sure who that "catwoman" was in like, CDL 07-08... that memory kinda scarred me.. lol.

I am quite sure that the catwoman was Becky (or however u spell it.)

The double was used in AUDIENCE (DT01), the interlude after I am... (AT02)..

i admit that i totally didnt noe it was a double during the concert itself. i was waiting for ayu to appear on a cross but she is still on the damn stage!!

the next second, ayu appeared on the cross. it was perfectly executed..

Like how Ayu had a double in DOME TOUR 2001, or when she had the chains disappear / reappear on the girls in AT05, they were kinda like illusions. :O

Strangely, I think she was also used in HK in the uraayu video to lure away excess photographers....

And, Stadium Tour 2002 during Boys and Girls where she comes out with the mask on (in her red fluffy outfit) on the upper level of the stage, and then Ayu appears on the main stage.

Yeah body doubles, when watching the dome tour you can see that they're not exactly look-a-likes. How can I say it? They're not as pretty as Ayu..

is she also the one on the a ballads cover?

I think she was used for the A BALLADS cover as a double to later put Ayu's face on... the same goes for the RAINBOW's PV.

I thought they used that plastic head or whatever.
