No. The lips, eyebrows and face shape plus the forehead are totally different.

The eyebrows and face shape give it away for me.

She ressembles Ayu a bit, probably because of the nose and eyes, but I don't think it's her.

Her nose and eyes resemble Ayu, but her lips and forehead are too big, and Ayu's brows are thicker. :)

Lol, that's Kitagawa Keiko, I'm quite sure :P She played Sailor Mars in PGSM haha. She works as a model and actress.

No way is this Ayu...it totally does not look like her, at all. The facial structure on this girl is completely different.

^where one eye is going in a different direction than the other when looking directly at something. (That's the best I can describe it~) And no, Ayu doesn't have a lazy eye... her right eye looks smaller than the left on that Secret picture though. :P

I immediately recognized it as Keiko also :D She looks quite Ayuish in that pic, though~

And I think Ayu's wearing white make-up in one eye and black make-up in the other, it could be why one looks bigger. Well, it's what it looks like it to me ^^;
But, I don't understand why anyone even mentioned lazy eyes in the first place... Keiko doesn't have a lazy eye in that photo... does she? I can't see it XD

She's looking directly at the camera, so no.

That is most certainly not Ayu, although I'm sure you've already established that judging from all the previous posts. I guess I can see a slight resemblance though :).
