That event one was old, btw. The one asking about which artist you'd like to see there.. Looks like Namie and Ayu are neck and neck. 1,000+ votes between them.

edit: something must be wrong with the namie votes. there must be some cheating going on. just a few minutes ago namie had 201845 votes, and now she has 202651 votes...that's 800 votes in 2 minutes!?

If you select an artist and then press and hold Shift and Enter, it will keep sending your vote in, so all you have to do is set a 9V battery or something on each key, walk away, and come back to see your favorite artist in first place by a million votes. You can almost always do this if they don't check your IP address.

WTF!! That's major cheating!!!! But don't they bother to check the IP address or something???

If it says something like "You can only vote once" when you try to vote again, then they do check the IP address. But these kind where you can vote as many times as you want are pretty meaningless because you can submit literally thousands of votes by yourself in a short period of time (if the cheat works). So you end up getting into "poll wars" where a bunch of people use the cheat for 1 or 2 artists to get theirs in first place and the others are pathetically far behind.

LOL, what makes you think that fans of Ayumi haven't cheated as well?
