Where do people get these posters?

Well like in this thread http://www.ahsforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=54579
there's a AT05 , Dome Tour 2001 poster, so i'm wondering, where do people get them? and also..do you get a poster if you preorder a DVD (if that's possible, i thought you can only preorder singles/albums)

you can preorder the concert dvd, but they don't come with posters.

these members mostly get them from ebay or yahoo auctions. But in taiwan/hongkong, sometimes they do give the posters when you purchase from the stores.
