I don't think they sound even remotely the same, those are very asian sounds so maybe that's why. Although we haven't heard GREEN fully

If it turned out to be a cover, I'm sure it'd be a cover in the same sense as Ladies Night, Bold & Delicious and what not are covers, but I doubt it. Ayu's only done one actual cover in her career, and seems to enjoy her own lyrics too much =P

You guys are a bit defensive imo. Though I love Ayu, the chorus to that song obviously sounds similar to GREEN... But this doesn't mean that Ayu ever heard this song before.. I have no idea.
