about the ending of monochrome
 

hey, i looked around but coulnt find this answer...
why is there an ending on the sinlge version of monochrome with a guy saying "all right" and closing the door?
honestly it sounds so creepy lol

"Why" an artist does anything is an impossible question to answer. Your guess is as good as anyone else's, really.

Look up the lyrics and see if it gives you some insight.

I thought the guy said "yeah right" in response to Ayu's lyrics where she sang "Because I'm so strong".

^ Same here. :laugh. I never knew what the guy said, but I thought it ended so abruptly because of the "because I'm so strong", and the ending is saying that she's not. lol.

My version ends abruptly with a music-tone O.O never heard that xD

Hey Deli, I think I remember you having done a version that ended without the abruptness. Might you still have that? Or am I misremembering?

Well, there could only be a few explanations for that:

-The single version you listened was actually the LOVEppears version mislabeled.
-You have a bootleg A single, with the album version recorded instead of the single version.
-You listened to the A COMPLETE SINGLES version, and thought it was the single, when that album actually has the album version instead.
-You listened to the single version only once and didn't pay attention to the end
-you actually listened to the single version, but the mp3 player had a sound fading/transition for the next song that often erases the last few seconds of the songs when you're listened to a set of tracks

Seriously, I've always wanted a complete version of Monochrome. I'd like to think it exists somewhere in Avex's archives of unreleased material.

My version just.. Ends, in the middle of the song O-o

I really should watch more of Ayu's older live performances :)

Wouldn't it be much cooler, though, if there was a cut-off even for the live version? :P Ayu and her dancers just stop all of a sudden, everything stands still, cue Evolution :D
