TLFM ~LARA FABIAN THREAD~
 

I was browsing the net yesterday, and I accidentally discover that Lara Fabian plan to release a new album, probably called "Le secret" in mid 2010.
A brand new song is currently promoted, "Demain n'existe pas", and I find it awesome^^

Compared to the last album, which is kinda disappointing, this song confirms that Lara is back with her powerful voice, and that's just great.

Here the preview of the song, performed live at a russian show "New Wave" on 29/07/09.

I want to share with you my love (lol) for one of my favourite singer (if not THE favourite^^) Lara Fabian and make you discover her fabulous works.:luv2

Lara Fabian is a french singer, actually she’s belgian-italian, and she sings in french, english, spanish, portuguese and italian !!

I made two BEST, the first one is for her French career and I called it « Sous la même étoile… », a sentence that she uses pretty often in her messages to her fans.
I highly recommend Tout, which is THE song that turned her in superstar, as well as J’y Crois Encore or Immortelle.

The track Tu Es Mon Autre is a duet with the belgian singer Maurane.
The track Je Suis Malade is new version of French singer Serge Lama most famous song.

For the second Best, called broken love, I focused on her international carrier.
My favourite ones are The Dream Within, Yeliel (My Angel), No Big Deal, The Alchemist, Adagio « Italian Ver. ».

Light Of My Life is a duet with Chinese singer 王力宏/Lee Hom Wang.
The Dream Within is the love theme for the movie Final Fantasy : The Spirits Within.
For Always is a duet with American singer Josh Groban, used as the love theme for the movie A.I : Artificial Intelligence.
Love By Grace was chosen for the soundtrack of « Laços de Família », a brazilian soap opera in 2001.
Otro Amor Vendra is the Spanish version of I Will Love Again.
I Guess I Loved You was chosen for the soundtrack of "Senhora do Destino", a Brazilian soap opera in 2004.
A Wonderful Life was first recorded by the English band Black in 1987.
The Alchemist is a duet with English tenor Russell Watson. It's a very rare song.

Yay! A Lara thread, I absolutely love her. She is so gifted. Do you know when her new album is supposed to be out? I feel like I have been waiting forever and an eternity since "9!" I forget to check on her xD

Her next album should be out on late march, it will be a cover album^^ Waiting to hear this!!

Well thank you^^ In fact they are pretty simple I just used my favorite pictures and added the tracklist. Lara's official covers are presented this way.

The first song I heard from her was "Dream Within" from the Final Fantasy movie. I really really liked that song.

I only know one song "Otro Amor Vendra" in Sapnish so I will give it a try to the albums...

PLZ HAVE ARGUMENTS WHEN YOU CRITIC SOMEBODY OR SOMETHING

I've only heard one song from her, and it was "I Will Love Again".

I think it's the remix version, cus the original version is slower tempo.

The new album is a bit different from her other works, but I like it. It has a nice flow to the album ~

I was first very disappointed, coz the arrangements are not that good, and it sounds like karaoke song, but well it's a try.

My favorite one are track 3,4 and 12.

I read on her website that she's currently working on her next album, something kinda similar to this album but in english, probably called "Every woman in me". I hope she will sing "I'm a woman in love" by Barbra Streisand, it's one of her favorite song^^

i didnt know she was ppular in russia . its kinda surprising . i heard her new album its really completly different than what she've done till now.
she have a very strong voice i d love to hear her sing on more pop electro song kinda like mylene ;-)

Lara Fabian CD's are commercially available in the US, since her english releases were released under Sony and Universal Entertainment.
