I know that there are four covers for this Compilation. But Which cover is the regular version?

there are four booklet so what's the regular booklet?

The regular book cover is the same as the box cover.
The 4 booklet covers there are limited editions which came in a box which has the regular cover. The regular version does not have a box and has a booklet that is same as the box cover.

Yes as said above, the non-limited edition has the same cover as the limited box cover, however no box, but obi instead.

Yes, limited first press is out of print.
