Why do they sound so much alike? Are they supposed to go together or something?

Alike? I think they sound different, one is Rock/pop, the other is electropop. But they're kinda meant to go together since it's a single.

I don't think they sound alike.. Byt well, they are from the same single, soo..

of course theyre supposed 2 go together..
i think her voice in both songs sound alike-ish?

What on earth are you talking about? The two songs are completely different.

I think they're totally different.

They still work together though, as they're both songs that are "out of the norm" for Ayu :) She hasn't done many songs like Rule before, and Sparkle is pretty much an all-new sound ^_^

I don't know, the choruses sound similar to me... plus they're both kind of techno-y. Don't get me wrong, they're like my favorite tracks off Next Level... im just weird :P lol

I think Rule definitely has a more rock sound as opposed to Sparkle which is more dance.

The choruses do sound similar, in that her vocals her similar. She's singing really loudly at that part, and they really layered her voice there. Otherwise the songs are totally different.
